• For Posts at S. No 01 to 03 (Director Operations, Director Quality Assurance, Director Finance):

• Specific Role Requirements:
• Director Operations (01 Post):
• Masters in Management Sciences, Business or Public Administration, Public Health, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 12 years’ work experience in public/private organizations, including at least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Work experience in healthcare financing and Human Resource Management preferred. Certification in HR and procurement is an added advantage.
• Director Quality Assurance (01 Post):
• MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH) / Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM), Master in Health Economics, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 12 years’ working experience in public/private health sector.
• Work experience in Healthcare Financing, Health Insurance, and Quality Management in Health Sector preferred.
• Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of national and international conference and seminars in the relevant field will be given preference.
• Director Finance (01 Post):
• CA/ACCA/ICMA or MBA (Finance)/MS in Finance.
• At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in audit, accounts & financial management.
• Hands-on experience in financial management including preparation of annual budget, re-appropriation proposal, reconciliation statements, statement of accounts, balance sheets, depreciation analysis, and audit.
• Experience of working with rules and procedures of Accountant General and Auditor General of Pakistan.
• Manager Advocacy & Communication (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Sociology, or related field from an HEC-recognized University.
• At least 8 years’ experience in designing and implementing advocacy and awareness campaigns in public and/or private sector projects.
• Manager Contracts and Legal (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 8 years’ experience in negotiating, drafting, and contract management in any public/private organization.
• Manager Quality Assurance (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• MBBS/BDS with Masters in Public Health (MPH), Masters in Health Policy & Management (HPM), Master in Health Economics, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 8 years’ working experience in health sector.
• Work experience in healthcare financing/health insurance preferred.
• Research background in healthcare financing / insurance / empanelment and quality, and Publications in HEC / PMDC recognized Journal(s).
• Manager IT (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized Institution/University.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, especially professional experience in MIS/Networking/IT.
• Manager M&E (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Health, or any other relevant field).
• At least 8 years’ experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in healthcare or development programs.
• Work experience in Healthcare Financing / Health Insurance preferred.
• Manager Analytics (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
• Masters in Management Sciences/Business Administration / Public Health/Statistics/Data Science/Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least 8 years’ experience in Analytics, Monitoring, and Evaluation, preferably in Social Sector.
• Work experience in Healthcare Financing/Health Insurance preferred.
• Quality Assurance Officer (03 Posts):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• MBBS/BDS or graduate in Allied Medical Sciences, along with Masters in Public Health or Health Planning & Policy from a PMDC / HEC recognized institute.
• At least 03 years’ related experience in the humanitarian sector with a focus on health and research.
• Preference given to medical graduates and those with additional qualification/training in Health Care Financing and/or experience in healthcare financing.
• Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of national and international conference and seminars in the relevant field will be a plus point.
• Admin and Procurement Officer (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Masters’ Degree from an HEC recognized institution/university.
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, with verifiable track record in the public sector in the area of administration.
• Account Officer (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• At least Master’s degree in Business Administration/Commerce/ Economics/ Audit/ Accounting & Finance or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Good communication and report writing skills and understanding of the financing and accounting procedures and rules.
• At least three years relevant experience.
• Field Monitoring Officer (03 Posts):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Graduate from HEC recognized University.
• At least 3 years’ related experience in the public / private sector.
• Preference given to candidates having worked in health sector/health insurance.
• IT Officers (02 Posts):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Web Development, Systems Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially professional experience in MIS / IT.
• Content Writer (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field from HEC-recognized institution/university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in content writing or a related field.
• Proven portfolio of published articles or other.
• Graphic Designer (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Web Development, Systems Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized Institution / University.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• PSO to CEO (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institution / university.
• At least 3 years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant, preferably in healthcare or non-profit organizations.
• Preference given to candidates who can provide experience of working as private secretary, especially to the head of an organization.
• Office Assistant (04 Posts):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• BA / B.Sc or equivalent qualification.
• At least three years relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills with applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
• Good typing speed.
• Knowledge of general office procedures and office machines (computer, fax, and copier).
• Helpline Officers (04 Posts):
• Age Limit: Up to 40 Years
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing, Computer Science/Telecom Technology/Engineering, or any other relevant qualification from HEC-recognized University/Institution.
• Technical expertise regarding complaints management, marketing, clients liaison, consumer services provision, and social media/android-based campaign management.
• At least 3 Years Relevant experience.
• Telephone Operator (01 Post):
• Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
• At least FA/FSc or equivalent from recognized board.
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecommunication role is preferred.
• Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software is a plus.
