Job Description

NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL) is offering an outstanding opportunity for highly skilled and experienced professionals with the announcement of 64 Business Executive positions across numerous cities in Pakistan. This role provides a stable, three-year contractual pathway, extendable based on performance, within a prestigious national organization. NTL is seeking energetic individuals who hold an Intermediate, or preferably, a Bachelor's degree, combined with solid experience in sales, business development, or franchise management. Successful candidates will play an integral role in managing franchise networks, expanding business operations, and achieving assigned business targets through effective sales strategies. The maximum age limit for applicants is 25 years old. This is an online-only application process, with the final deadline for submissions being 26th July, 2026. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet assigned business targets by implementing effective sales and business strategies.
  • Actively monitor franchisee business performance for assigned products and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all franchisees within the designated jurisdiction, including performance metrics and compliance status.
  • Identify and assess potential areas for business growth and expansion of the franchise network.
  • Conduct ground verifications of potential franchisees, provide necessary product training, and ensure smooth deployment of new franchisees.
  • Conduct visits to franchisees to ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Establish and maintain close liaison with companies, corporate clients, and key stakeholders to foster business development and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present reports on franchisee performance, business growth, and compliance adherence to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Intermediate, preferably a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC Recognized University.
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or franchise management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years old.
