• The final date for the receipt of applications is 30 June, 2026.
• This recruitment drive is exclusively open to interested candidates having a valid domicile of Sindh province who strictly meet the eligibility criteria.
• No application shall be received or entertained after the last date of submission, which is 30 June, 2026.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted or called to participate in the test and interview process.
• Original documents must be presented by the candidates at the time of the test/interview.
• No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be provided for the test/interview process.
• Government employees shall submit their application forms through the proper channel along with an official departmental NOC.
• Vacant Positions & Detailed Eligibility Criteria:
• 1. Chief Technical Officer (CTO):
• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Master’s degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Big Data, or an equivalent discipline from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: * Minimum ten (10) years post-qualification experience in Information Technology, ICT, Telecommunications, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Transformation, or related fields.
• At least three (03) years’ experience in a senior management position such as CTO, CIO, Director IT, Head of IT, Head of Technology, Head of Networks, Program Director, or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, implementation, and management of large-scale technology projects and enterprise ICT infrastructure.
• Experience in managing technical teams, vendors, consultants, and technology projects.
• Experience with data centers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, AI/ML, enterprise systems.
• Experience with command-and-control centers, smart city initiatives, public safety technologies, or government digital transformation projects shall be preferred.
• Relevant certifications and knowledge of ISO standards will be preferred.

• 2. Media & Communications Officer:
• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized Institute.
• Experience: * Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in media management, public relations, or strategic communications, preferably in government or public sector organizations.
• Proven experience in handling electronic, print, and digital media, including crisis communication.
• Experience in large public-sector projects or authorities will be an added advantage.
• Certification related to the job description.
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• 3. Digital Media Specialist:
• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized Institute.
• Experience: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital media management, social media handling, or online communications.
• Proven experience in managing government, corporate, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content management systems will be an added advantage.
• Certification related to the job description.
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• 4. Content & Creative Specialist:
• No. of Posts: 01
• Qualification: Bachelor in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Creative Arts, Graphics Design, Marketing, or a related discipline from an HEC recognized Institute.
• Experience: * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in content development, creative design, or media production.
• Proven experience in creating content for government, corporate, or large-scale public communication platforms.
• Proficiency with creative tools and content management systems will be an added advantage.
• Certification related to the job description.
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
