PSDF BPO Youth Employability Program 2026

The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) has launched the Youth Employability Program for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) under the leadership of Maryam Nawaz. This initiative aims to connect young individuals with international BPO companies, offering professional training and direct job placement opportunities. It presents an excellent pathway for those aspiring to work with global clients while residing in Pakistan. The program is designed to develop industry-ready BPO professionals, align training with international outsourcing standards, and provide direct employment opportunities. Participants will receive practical and job-focused skill training in core BPO skills, technical & digital skills, and soft skills development. Upon successful completion, recognized certifications will be awarded, followed by job placement with partner companies. This is a training and job placement program offering a salary range of PKR 45,000 – 100,000/month for successful candidates.
