Requirements & Qualifications

- After online submission, print the application form
- Send the hard copy along with the following documents:
- Verified copies of degrees and certificates
- Domicile
- CNIC copy
- Experience certificates
- 2 recent passport-size photographs
- Attach a Pay Order of Rs. 5000 (non-refundable) in favor of "Registrar Federal Urdu University"
- Government/semi-government employees must apply through proper channel
- Submit applications via post or courier to: Registrar, Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology, Gulshan-e-Iqbal Campus, Karachi
- Ensure application reaches on or before 06 May 2026
- Candidates must meet qualifications and experience as per relevant accreditation bodies
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview
- No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview
- Applications received after deadline or incomplete will not be entertained
- Advertisement of teaching posts from year 2012 is cancelled
- Applicants who applied in 2012 are exempted from new pay order submission but must attach copy of previous pay order
- Internal university employees will be governed under existing service rules, external candidates under CPF policy
- Internal candidates must provide Performance Evaluation Reports for last 5 years
