Job Description

The British Council Scotland Pakistan Scholarships 2026 offers a fully funded opportunity for Pakistani women and young girls to pursue higher education at HEC-recognized universities in Pakistan. Supported by the Scottish Government and administered by the British Council, this scholarship aims to empower talented women by overcoming financial barriers, allowing them to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or MPhil studies. The program particularly encourages applications from women with disabilities, those from rural areas, and women from minority groups. Successful applicants will receive comprehensive financial support covering eligible tuition fees, university hostel costs, travel expenses, and, for master’s students, research-related expenses. The scholarships are available in key academic fields critical for national development, including Education, Sustainable Energy, Food Security and Agriculture, Health Sciences, STEM, and Climate Change. The application deadline is August 31, 2026. This is an exceptional chance for eligible Pakistani women who have secured admission to an HEC-recognized university to gain valuable financial assistance for their studies.
