PSEB SkillBridge Apprenticeship Program – Batch 3

The PSEB SkillBridge Apprenticeship Program is a national initiative offering young professionals a 6-month full-time placement in PSEB-registered companies. This program aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry needs, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in real-world IT projects. It prepares individuals for long-term careers in the IT sector by providing professional environments, hands-on skill enhancement, and direct engagement with Pakistan's IT ecosystem. Participants will receive a stipend of PKR 30,000 per month for the entire duration of the apprenticeship. This initiative is a strategic investment in Pakistan's human capital, aligning with the Digital Pakistan agenda by strengthening industry-academia linkages, increasing innovation capacity, supporting inclusive workforce participation, and enhancing productivity and competitiveness in the IT export sector.

Host organizations for the apprenticeship are PSEB-registered IT and IT-enabled services companies operating across Pakistan.
