Job Description
The National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) under the Federal Government of Pakistan is offering exciting career opportunities for highly qualified and skilled Pakistani nationals. The National Counter Terrorism Authority NACTA Jobs August 2026 Advertisement seeks to fill Assistant Director (BPS-17) positions. Requirements & Qualifications
- Eligible candidates must apply online through the National Jobs Portal at njp.gov.pk.,• Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.,• No manual or hard copy applications will be accepted.,• Candidates must hold 16 years of education from an HEC-approved institution in Peace and Conflict Studies, IR, Media & Communication Studies, Strategic Studies, Cyber Security, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Digital Forensics.,• 0-2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required.,• Experience in OSINT, SOCMINT, GEOINT, Threat Intelligence, Digital Investigations, Online Research, and Analytical Reporting is necessary.,• Relevant international certificates are considered an added advantage.,• The age limit is 30 years + 5 years general relaxation, totaling 35 years.,• Age will be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.,• Government employees must apply through the proper channel and submit Departmental Permission Certificates at the time of the interview.,• Candidates will need to bring original documents (Educational, Domicile, and Experience Certificates etc.) along with one set of attested copies at the time of interview.,• Short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview.,• Final appointment is subject to security clearance.
