Requirements & Qualifications

  • Qualification: Varies by position. For General Manager roles, M.Sc/MS or PhD in Water Resources Management / Hydrological & Flood Modeling, or Climate Sciences, Environmental Sciences/Engineering. For Manager (Software Engineering), BE/BSc (Engg) or MS in Computer/IT/Electrical Engineering. For Assistant Managers & Sub Engineers, relevant BE/BSc, MS degrees in Environmental Sciences, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Varies by position. For General Manager, 13 years (MS) / 08 years (PhD). For Manager (Software Engineering), 06/04 years in AI/ML, Image Processing, Web-GIS, LLM & NLP. Practical experience in respective fields for Assistant Managers & Sub Engineers.
