Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee policy and product programs (Wing Head)

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized institution (Master's preferred for most roles)
- Professional certifications (AIBP, JAIBP, BI) preferred for specific roles
- 2 to 8 years of banking experience, with managerial/team lead experience for senior roles
- Experience in SME financing, commercial lending, credit risk, portfolio management, banking collections/recovery, delinquency management, financial marketing, product launch, or business development as per the specific role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of banking products (SME, Commercial, Trade Finance)
- Analytical and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SBP regulations
- Team management and performance tracking skills
- For MIS Support Officer: Skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, Data Analytics, Dashboard reporting & data modeling
