Requirements & Qualifications

  • Online Registration: Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk to fill out and submit the online application form.
  • Application Window: The online application portal will be active from July 13, 2026, until July 31, 2026.
  • Generate Deposit Slip: Upon successful submission of the online application, a customized ETEA Deposit Slip with a unique token number and candidate’s personal details will be generated.
  • Fee Payment: Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee at any UBL branch, or digitally via EasyPaisa App or authorized EasyPaisa agent, using the printed deposit slip.
  • Keep Receipts: Safely keep the original “Candidate Copy” of the deposit slip after payment.
  • No Documents by Post: Do not send physical documents, certificates, or copies of your application to ETEA offices. Documents will only be requested from shortlisted candidates who pass the initial screening test.
  • Roll Number Slips: ETEA will notify candidates about roll number slips, test dates, and venues via SMS. Download Roll Number Slips directly from the ETEA website; no physical call letters will be dispatched.
  • Provisional Participation: Candidates are allowed to sit in the ETEA screening test provisionally based on online profile information. Original documents will be verified by the appointing authority before final selection. False details will lead to immediate disqualification.
  • Mandatory Profile Verification: Before submitting the application fee, update/create profiles on the ETEA website and verify CNIC and details via NADRA E-Sahulat (using E-Token SMS sent by ETEA). Applications without NADRA E-Sahulat verification will not be processed.
  • Separate Applications: Candidates applying for more than one position must submit separate online applications and deposit separate application fees for each post.
  • Eligibility Cutoff: Educational qualifications, experience, and age limits will be strictly calculated and verified as of the closing date of applications (July 31, 2026).
