Job Description
The Ministry of Railways, Government of Pakistan, has announced the Pakistan Railways Internship 2026 under the "Collaboration of Pakistan Railways with Different Academic Institutes (Triple Helix Model)" project. This program offers 14 internship positions for fresh graduates in Passenger Facilitation Centers, based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi. This 6-month, non-extendable internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in critical areas such as customer services, railway operations, reporting, and office management within a government organization. Fresh graduates with 16 years of education are encouraged to apply to kickstart their professional careers. The internship primarily focuses on operating and managing passenger facilitation, handling customer queries, preparing CRM reports, and supporting official events. While the internship does not guarantee permanent employment, it offers invaluable experience and career development. The stipend will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Applications are open to both male and female candidates, with a maximum age limit of 25 years. Multilingual candidates with basic computer and excellent communication skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage Pakistan Railways Passenger Facilitation Center.
- Handle customer information and railway-related queries.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates are eligible.
- Minimum 16 Years of Education from an HEC Recognized University.
- Maximum Age: 25 Years.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Presentation Skills.
- Multilingual candidates will be preferred.
- Eligible Degree Programs: BS English, BA (English), BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology (IT), BBA, Mass Communication, Development Studies, and Other Relevant Disciplines.
