Designing, implementing, and reviewing Collection & Recovery Policies and SOPs,Ensuring departmental operations comply with SBP guidelines and Code of Conduct,Managing divisional budget including: Recovery costs, Litigation expenses, Third-party agency commissions,Monitoring long-term portfolio health indicators including: NPL ratios, Provisioning, Roll-rate trends,Supervising recovery methods including: Litigation, Out-of-court settlements, Auctioning seized assets,Categorizing portfolios into: Big Ticket, Mass Market,Setting annual and quarterly KPIs for Collections Unit Heads,Conducting performance evaluations based on recovery targets and rollback rates,Ensuring accuracy and integrity of Performance & Delinquency MIS,Using predictive analytics to identify inflow trends before defaults occur,Determining staffing requirements for field and tele-collection teams,Coordinating with: Credit Initiation, FRMU (Fraud Risk), Card Operations, Legal Department,Monitoring fraud reporting mechanisms,Escalating first-payment defaults and bust-out fraud cases,Handling complex customer complaints and grievances,Reporting fraud accounts to Fraud Unit for formal investigations
