Requirements & Qualifications

• Interested applicants must submit an online application form through the official LDA Website: https://lda.gop.pk/
• Along with the online application form, candidates must upload duly attested scanned copies of their CNIC, all educational documents, experience & other relevant/required documents, and two (02) recent passport-size photographs.
• The closing date for submission of online applications is June 30, 2026.
• There shall be 05 years general age relaxation for male and 08 years for female candidates in the Upper Age Limit, reckoned as on the last date for submission of applications.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview and no TA/DA will be admissible.
• Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Government servants are required to apply through the proper channel; however, they must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their concerned department.
• Specific Position Requirements:
• Assistant Manager (Sports): Graduation or equivalent 14 years education (Minimum 2nd Division or 3.00 CGPA) from HEC recognized University with at least 08 years’ experience of Coaching/Training/Managing. Age: 30 – 40 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Marketing): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 16 years education in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Minimum 1st Division or 3.00 CGPA) from HEC recognized University with 03-years post qualification hands-on experience. Preference for brand management, social media, and digital marketing. Age: 25 – 35 Years.
• Assistant Manager (IT): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 16 years education in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field (Minimum 1st Division or 3.00 CGPA) from HEC recognized University with 03-years post qualification hands-on experience. Preference for software or web development. Age: 25 – 35 Years.
• Senior Gym Coach (Male/Female): Graduation or equivalent 14 years education (at least 2nd Division) from HEC recognized University and a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 10 years’ experience OR Matric/Intermediate from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 10 years’ experience. Age: 25 – 40 Years.
• Swimming Coach (Male/Female): Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 (Male)/02 (Female) years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 (Male)/02 (Female) years’ experience. For female coaches, player condition may be relaxed with ample coaching experience and relevant certifications. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Tennis / Padel Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Squash Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Basket Ball Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Badminton Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Table Tennis Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Snooker Coach: Intermediate and exposure as a University/District/Provincial Level Player with 03 years’ experience OR Matric from recognized Board and exposure as a national/international player with 03 years’ experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Junior Gym Coach (Male/Female): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 16 years education in Sports Sciences, Physical Education, Nutrition or related field from HEC recognized University. Relevant certifications preferred. Age: 20 – 30 Years.
• Life Guard (Male/Female): Selected Swimmer of District at least Primary Literate or Selected Swimmer registered with Sports Board Punjab/Swimming Association. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Maintenance Incharge: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil with minimum five (05) years post qualification experience in relevant field. Age: 35 – 45 Years.
• Caretaker: Matric with at least 08 years’ experience of taking care of establishments/installations/infrastructures. Age: 35 – 45 Years.
• Assistant Caretaker: Matric with at least 03 years’ experience of taking care of establishments/installations/infrastructures. Age: 25 – 35 Years.
• Technician: Diploma in Mechanical; or Matriculate having at least ten years’ experience in reputed private sector organization/Sports Club. Age: 35 – 50 Years.
• Electrician: Diploma in Electrical; or Matriculate having at least ten years’ experience in reputed private sector organization/Sports Club. Age: 35 – 50 Years.
• Pool Operator: Matric with 05 years’ experience of operating commercial pools. Age: 25 – 40 Years.
• Khadim e Masjid: Hafiz e Quran with good recitation/tajweed skills preferably Dars-e-Nizami having 5 years of experience of looking after a mosque. Age: 35 – 50 Years.
• Office Boy: Matric (at least 2nd Division) with one-year relevant experience. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
• Ball Boy: Middle Pass. Age: 20 – 35 Years.
