Job Description

The National Police Foundation (NPF) invites applications for various managerial and technical positions at its headquarters in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all administrative and establishment matters, including staff supervision, office management, procurement management, and compliance with regulations (Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination)
  • Supporting the implementation of board or organizational policies and preparing reports, SOPs, and other administrative documents (Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination)
  • Assisting in recruitment projects and working to modernize and improve testing systems as part of NPF TAS’s mission to provide efficient and reliable services (Assistant Director Testing & Assessment)
  • Ensuring the security, transparency, and confidentiality of all candidate and test data (Assistant Director Testing & Assessment)
  • Providing legal opinions and guidance to the organization on various matters (Assistant Director (Litigation))
  • Representing the organization in courts of law and before tribunals (Assistant Director (Litigation))
  • Preparing and vetting legal documents, contracts, construction contracts, FIDIC, PPRA, SECP, etc., and policies (Assistant Director (Litigation))
  • Liaising with government legal departments and ensuring the organization’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations (Assistant Director (Litigation))

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Appointments are purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 02 years, extendable by 01 year at a time, subject to satisfactory performance, organizational requirement, and mutual consent.
  • Degrees/Certificates must be from HEC-recognized Universities/Institutes.
  • Registration with PEC/Bar Council (where applicable) is mandatory.
  • Preference will be given to candidates having relevant experience in NHA, CDA, Pak PWD, NESPAK, FWO, WAPDA, C&W Departments, Government/Public Sector, or Semi-Government organizations.
  • Maximum age shall be calculated as on the closing date of application.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
  • NPF reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, reject any or all applications, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason.
  • For Deputy Director (Engineering Works): B.Sc. Civil Engineering or equivalent (PEC Registered Professional Engineer) with minimum 08 years of post-qualification experience; Maximum Age: 40 Years.
  • For Assistant Director Works: Master’s / Bachelor’s (16 years) Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with minimum 05 years of experience; Mandatory Registration with PEC; Maximum Age: 35 Years.
  • For Assistant Director Procurement & Coordination: Master’s Degree in Management Sciences, Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with minimum 3-5 years of experience; Maximum Age: 35 Years.
  • For Assistant Director Testing & Assessment: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with minimum 05 years of experience; Maximum Age: 35 Years.
  • For Assistant Director (Litigation): Bachelor’s degree in Law, LLB, or LLM (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized university/institute with minimum 05 years post-qualification experience; Maximum Age: 35 Years.
