Requirements & Qualifications

• Online application through ETEA website is mandatory.
• Create a profile on the ETEA portal.
• Verify your CNIC through any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying.
• Generate the online deposit slip after submitting the application.
• Pay the prescribed non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App, Easypaisa Agent, or UBL OMNI Branch.
• Keep the original paid deposit slip with the bank stamp.
• Do not send documents after online application initially.
• Online application forms will be available from 13th July 2026.
• The last date for online submission is 27th July 2026.
• Roll number slips will be issued via SMS and downloadable from the ETEA website.
• No call letters will be sent by post or courier.
• Test date, venue, and timing will be on the Roll Number Slip.
• Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on submitted credentials.
• Detailed scrutiny will be carried out later, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
• Online application is incomplete without the prescribed test fee.
• Preserve the original bank-stamped deposit slip safely.
• No educational documents or testimonials are required after online submission.
• Candidates obtaining 60% or above marks in the ETEA screening test will be eligible to submit the prescribed application form available on the IMSciences website.
• Qualified candidates must submit an updated CV, attested educational certificates/degrees, transcripts/DMCs, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC, academic distinction certificates (Gold Medal if any), and three recent passport-size photographs.
• Processing fee for qualified candidates: Rs. 4,000/- for Serial No. 1 (Lecturer), Rs. 3,000/- for Serial Nos. 2, 3, 4 & 5 (Computer Lab Instructor, Assistant Manager ERP, Assistant Registrar, Assistant Controller of Finance), Rs. 2,000/- for Serial No. 6 (Junior Programmer), Rs. 1,000/- for Serial No. 7 (Office Assistant).
• Hard copy applications must reach the Registrar/Establishment Section within 10 days after the ETEA result announcement.
• Late applications or incomplete documents will not be entertained.
• Eligibility will be determined up to the closing date (27 July 2026).
• Faculty appointments will follow HEC regulations in force.
• Faculty applicants must not have a third division throughout their academic career.
• Government and Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
• Foreign degrees must have valid HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates.
• Non-English documents must include officially verified English translations.
• Candidates applying for multiple positions must submit separate online applications, separate fees, and separate application forms.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
• Submission of both the online application and the hard copy (for qualified candidates after the ETEA test) is mandatory.
• Lecturer (SPS-12): Total Posts: 09 (Accounting & Finance: 01, Computer Science: 01, Artificial Intelligence: 02, Data Science: 02, Cyber Security: 02, Gender & Development: 01). Eligibility Criteria: As per prevailing HEC criteria.
• Computer Lab Instructor (SPS-11): Total Posts: 03. Subject: Computer Science / IT. Eligibility Criteria: First class Bachelors / Master’s degree (16 years education) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence / Cyber Security & Computer System Engineering or equivalent from an HEC recognized University / Institution.
• Assistant Manager ERP (SPS-11): Total Posts: 02. Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) in Computer Science / IT (Software) or in the relevant field from an HEC recognized university / institution with 3 years post-qualification ERP functional & technical experience in an HEC recognized University / DAI or Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organization or in a reputed registered national / international organization. Candidates with Odoo ERP and/or Odoo Server Management experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Assistant Registrar (SPS-11): Total Posts: 01. Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) from HEC recognized university / institution with 3 years post-qualification experience in a relevant field in an HEC recognized University / DAI or Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organization or in a reputed registered national / international organization. Candidates with experience in preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, drafting official letters, and related administrative work are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Assistant Controller of Finance (SPS-11): Total Posts: 01. Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education (with first division) in MBA, M.Com / BBA(4-years) / B.Com(4-years) / BS Accounting & Finance or equivalent degree with major in finance from an HEC recognized University / institution with 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in HEC recognized University / DAI or Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organization or in a reputed registered national / international organization. OR An Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants / Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
• Junior Programmer (SPS-09): Total Posts: 01. Eligibility Criteria: At least 16 years of education in computer science / IT (with at least second division) or equivalent relevant qualification from any HEC recognized University / DAI with at least 3 years post-qualification relevant experience in HEC recognized University / DAI or Government, autonomous, semi-autonomous organization or in a reputed registered national / international organization. Age Limit: 25 to 40 years in case of initial appointment.
• Office Assistant (SPS-06): Number of Posts: 03. Eligibility Criteria: At least 14 years education with minimum Second Division from HEC recognized university. Minimum 3 years experience dealing with office affairs, documentation, and computer knowledge. Experience must be in a University, Government, Autonomous, Semi-autonomous organization, or reputed national/international organization. Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Age Limit: 22 to 35 years (Initial Appointment).
