• Online application submission through the official University of Rasul Job Portal.
• Online application must be submitted before June 26, 2026.
• Hard copies of the printed online application form, attested educational documents, degrees & transcripts/DMCs, HEC/Board verifications, publications (if applicable), experience certificates, Employment Verification Proforma (EVP), NOC (if applicable), CNIC copy, domicile copy, and original fee challan must be couriered to the Registrar Office.
• Hard copies must reach the Registrar Office before June 30, 2026.
• Applicants for Professor & Associate Professor positions must submit 3 complete dossiers.
• Applicants for other positions must submit 1 complete dossier.
• Separate application is required for each post.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
• Applicants with 3rd Division in academic career are generally not eligible, however, PhD holders with not more than one 3rd Division in their entire academic career may apply.
• Government employees must apply through proper channel with NOC.
• Experience accepted only with documentary proof and EVP verification.
• Private sector experience is valid only if the organization is registered with SECP or relevant authority.
• Experience on daily wages, part-time, honorary, visiting, or apprentice basis will not be accepted.
• Foreign degree holders must provide HEC equivalence certificates.
• Eligibility will be determined till the closing date.
• Applicants should clearly mention the post name on the envelope.
• Processing fee must be deposited through auto-generated challan form.
• Unsigned applications will be rejected.
• Professor (BS-21): Age Limit 35-50 Years (Relaxable under rules). PhD in relevant field from HEC recognized institute, 15 years teaching/research/professional experience OR 10 years post-PhD experience. 15 HEC-recognized research publications (minimum 5 in last 5 years).
• Associate Professor (BS-20): Age Limit 30-50 Years (Relaxable under rules). PhD in relevant discipline, 15 years teaching/research/professional experience OR 10 years post-PhD experience, 15 HEC-recognized publications (minimum 5 in last 5 years); OR PhD in Law, OR LLM/JD (Second Division) from HEC recognized institution, 17 years teaching/research/professional experience including 8 years post-qualification experience, 15 HEC-recognized publications (minimum 5 in last 5 years); OR PhD in Commerce/Economics, 10 years teaching/research/professional experience OR 5 years post-PhD experience, 10 HEC-recognized research publications (minimum 4 in last 5 years).
• Assistant Professor (BS-19): Age Limit 25-45 Years (Relaxable under rules). PhD in the relevant discipline from HEC-recognized university/institute.
• Lecturer (BS-18): Age Limit 21-35 Years (Relaxable under rules). MS or M.Phil. (First Division) in relevant subject from HEC-recognized institute/university.
• Chief Medical Officer (BS-19): No. of Posts: 01. Age Limit: 35-50 Years. MBBS (First Division) from HEC-recognized institution, registered with PMDC, 12 years post-qualification relevant experience.
• Additional Registrar (BS-19): No. of Posts: 01. Age Limit: 35-50 Years. MS/M.Phil. (Second Division) from HEC-recognized institute with 8 years teaching/administrative/professional experience OR Master’s Degree or BS (Second Division) with 10 years teaching/administrative/professional experience in recognized institution or public sector organization.
