- Stenotypist (BPS-14): Intermediate + Shorthand/typing speed 80/40 w.p.m. + Computer literate.
- UDC (BPS-13): Intermediate + Typing speed 25 w.p.m. + Computer literate. 3-week IT training required.
- Photographer (BPS-13): Matric + 3–5 years practical photography experience + knowledge of studio work and news value.
- Copy Paster (BPS-13): DAE (Computer Science) with 2 years experience in Copy Pasting/Graphic Art + printing press experience.
- LDC (BPS-11): Matric + Typing speed 30 w.p.m. + Computer literate. 3-week IT training required.
- Draughtsman (BPS-11): Matric + 3 years Diploma in D’Manship or 2 years Diploma with 2 years experience.
- Translator (BPS-10): Graduate + 3 years experience in technical translation.
- Offset Machineman (BPS-8): Matric + 2 years relevant experience + printing press experience.
- Age Limit: Generally 18–30 years. Photographer posts allow up to 35 years. Age is calculated from the closing date of the advertisement.
- Age Relaxation: Available for disabled candidates, residents of Sindh (R), Balochistan, Ex-FATA, AK, GB, and retired Armed Forces personnel as per government rules.
