  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Assistant (BPS-15): Retired JCOs or equivalent rank from Pak Army, Navy, or Air Force with relevant experience in office and administrative work. Must pass an IT course per NITB rules during probation.
  • Upper Division Clerk – UDC (BPS-13): Retired Havildar / Clerk (or equivalent rank from Navy/Air Force). Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute. Must pass an IT course per NITB regulations during probation.
  • Lower Division Clerk – LDC (BPS-11): Retired Naik, Lance Naik, or Sepoy (Clerk) or equivalent from Navy/Air Force with typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Must pass the NITB IT course during probation.
  • DMO / Gestetner Operator (BPS-04): Retired Havildar or equivalent rank from Pakistan Armed Forces. Matriculation or equivalent with basic understanding of duplicating/photocopying machines.
  • Driver (BPS-04): Retired Havildar, Naik, Lance Naik, or Sepoy Driver from Army, Navy, or Air Force. Must possess a valid military/civil driving license and be primary pass.
  • Naib Qasid (BPS-01): Retired military personnel with a minimum educational qualification of Matriculation.
  • Chowkidar (BPS-01): Retired ex-servicemen holding at least a Matric pass certificate.
  • Mali (BPS-01): Retired army personnel, Matric pass preferred with relevant gardening experience.
  • Sanitary Worker (BPS-01): Retired personnel, Matric pass preferred.
