Requirements & Qualifications

  • Eligible candidates must hold a Local or Domicile certificate from all over Balochistan Province.

  • Age will be calculated precisely from the closing date of application submission.
  • For Assistant Private Secretary (B-16): Graduate degree from a recognized institution, English Shorthand speed of 120 words per minute, Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • For Assistant (B-16): Graduate degree from a recognized University, Minimum of three (03) years of relevant work experience in the Government sector.
  • For Assistant Computer Operator (B-12): Intermediate qualification, Six (06) months diploma in computer science or Information Technology (IT).
  • For Junior Clerk (B-11): Intermediate qualification, Typing speed of thirty (30) words per minute.
  • For Telephone Operator (B-11): Higher School Certificate (HSC / Intermediate) from a recognized Board.
  • For Driver (B-04): Primary pass educational background, Must hold a valid LTV License, Minimum of three (03) years of practical driving experience.
  • For Naib Qasid (B-01): Literate (ability to read and write).
  • Prepare a document portfolio including attested and verified copies of Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Local or Domicile Certificate of Balochistan, and two (02) recent passport-size photographs.
  • Draft a formal application clearly stating the designation of the post along with personal and academic credentials.
