Requirements & Qualifications
Master's Degree in Economics or Project Management for Project Coordinator role.
Minimum 5 years of experience in development projects for Project Coordinator.
Strong command of government administrative systems, financial systems, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement for Project Coordinator.
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant subject OR Certified member of recognized accountancy professional body for Financial Management Specialist.
Minimum 8 years general experience, preferably 5 years in public financial management of donor-funded projects for Financial Management Specialist.
Experience in financial coordination, national and sub-national government financial management, accounting software deployment, and IPSAS framework reporting for Financial Management Specialist.
Advanced professional accounting degree and donor-funded project experience preferred for Financial Management Specialist.
Knowledge of budgeting, expenditure control, financial reporting, good communication skills in English, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Financial Management Specialist.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering or related discipline for Mechanization Expert.
Minimum 15 years relevant experience in public sector development projects, agricultural mechanization, irrigation, and infrastructure development for Mechanization Expert.
Familiarity with ADB/donor-funded project procedures, strong technical reporting skills, planning and field supervision expertise, and contract management skills for Mechanization Expert.
Master's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field for Contract Management Specialist.
Minimum 8–10 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in procurement and contract management of donor-funded projects for Contract Management Specialist.
Knowledge of ADB Procurement Regulations, Government procurement systems, and experience in procurement of scientific equipment, laboratory equipment, and civil works for Contract Management Specialist.
Communication skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, procurement management systems knowledge, and international certification like CIPS preferred for Contract Management Specialist.
