- Upper Division Clerk (UDC):
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (BA / BSc / B.Com or equivalent)

- Experience: 2–5 years clerical/administrative experience
- Skills: MS Office proficiency, File management and drafting, Typing speed 30–40 WPM
- Dispatch Rider:
- Qualification: Matric or above
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
- Requirement: Valid LTV license (preferably retired armed forces personnel)
