Job Description

Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL), a public sector state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, is offering career opportunities for enthusiastic graduates as Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). This 1-year paid training program, based in Karachi/Pakistan, provides selected candidates with hands-on industry exposure and a competitive monthly stipend of Rs. 70,000/-. There are 10 vacant positions available. Upon successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, trainees have the opportunity for regular job absorption within the company as a Management Associate. The testing and screening process for these positions will be conducted through the Open Testing Service (OTS). The deadline for applications is August 25, 2026.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Visit the official Open Testing Service (OTS) website at www.ots.org.pk to complete online registration and application form submission.
  • To deposit the application processing fee, log into your mobile banking app, choose the 1-Bill Payment option, enter your generated PSID, verify payment details, and complete the transaction.
  • Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of both sides of their CNIC, educational certificates/degrees, domicile, experience certificates (if applicable), and other required supporting documents through the OTS online portal.
  • The deadline for online application submission is August 25, 2026.
  • After submitting the application, candidates are advised to regularly visit www.ots.org.pk and log into their Applicant Portal to monitor roll number slips, written test schedules, candidate lists, and result announcements.
  • Maximum Age Limit: 27 years (as on the closing date of application).
  • Educational Qualification (Either A or B):
  • Option A: Fresh graduates holding a Master’s degree or 4-year Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institution in any of the following disciplines: Insurance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource.
  • Minimum Marks Criteria: At least 50% marks, 2.0 CGPA out of 4.0, or 3.0 CGPA out of 5.0.
  • Option B: Equivalent professional qualifications including ACII, CA, ACCA, ICMA, CIMA, or PIPFA.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory for the MTO position; candidates possessing prior experience working in an ERP environment will be given preference.
  • Original educational degrees and documents attested by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be produced at the time of the interview.
  • Incomplete, late, or improperly submitted applications will not be considered.
