Nursing Director (IPS): • Age: 40-65 Years • Education: BSc Nursing or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council, plus a postgraduate qualification in MSc Nursing, MPhil Nursing, MBA Health Management, Clinical Nursing Leadership, or equivalent. • Experience: Minimum 15 years experience after BSN/General Nursing, at least 5 years after post-graduation, and minimum 5 years in nursing leadership positions.
