Key requirements for specific roles include: Hospital Director (IPS): • Age: 40-65 Years • Education: Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or other HEC-recognized Management Qualification. Medical graduates with an additional management degree may apply. • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a recognized healthcare institution, with at least 5 years post-qualification experience in a hospital administrative or leadership role. Preference for experience in Hospital Operations, Facility Management, Procurement, HR, Security, Maintenance Management, Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Organizational Development. Nursing Director (IPS): • Age: 40-65 Years • Education: BSc Nursing or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council, plus a postgraduate qualification in MSc Nursing, MPhil Nursing, MBA Health Management, Clinical Nursing Leadership, or equivalent. • Experience: Minimum 15 years experience after BSN/General Nursing, at least 5 years after post-graduation, and minimum 5 years in nursing leadership positions. Finance Director (IPS): • Age: 40-65 Years • Education (Option 1): Master’s Degree (16 Years Education) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (Finance). Preferred certifications: CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, CFA. Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification, with 5 years in a senior leadership role OR 7 years as Deputy Treasurer/Deputy Director Finance. • Education (Option 2): Bachelor’s Degree (14 Years Education) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (Finance). Experience: Minimum 12 years post-qualification, with 7 years in a senior leadership role OR 9 years as Deputy Treasurer/Deputy Director Finance. Director Research: • Age: 35-65 Years • Education: MBBS with MD/MS, FCPS, MRCP with CCT, Board Certified Cardiology (USA), MPhil, PhD, or equivalent. • Experience: Minimum 5 years research experience, at least 10 publications in national/international journals, and participation in at least two international research projects as Principal Investigator or Research Coordinator. Additional Director Nursing: • Age: 30-45 Years • Education: BSc Nursing or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council, plus a postgraduate qualification in Nursing or Healthcare Management. • Experience: Minimum 10 years experience after BSN/General Nursing, at least 3 years after post-graduation, and minimum 3 years in a nursing leadership role. Manager Accounts (BS-18): • Age: 30-45 Years • Education: M.Com, B.Com (Hons), or 16 Years Education in Commerce, Finance, Accounting. Preferred: ACA, ACMA, ACCA. • Experience: Seven years post-qualification experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, Controllership, ERP Systems, Hospital Billing, or Service Sector Billing. Audit Officer (BS-17): • Age: 30-45 Years • Education: M.Com, B.Com (Hons), or 16 Years Education in Finance/Accounting/Commerce. Preferred: ACA, ACMA, ACCA. • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit Operations. Preference for Internal Audit, Compliance Review, Financial Inspection. Deputy Director Nursing: • Age: 30-45 Years • Education: BSc Nursing or equivalent recognized by Pakistan Nursing Council, plus a postgraduate qualification in Nursing or Healthcare Management. • Experience: Minimum 8 years experience after BSN/General Nursing, minimum 2 years after post-graduation, and at least 1 year in a nursing leadership role. Manager QEC (BS-17): • Age: 25-40 Years • Education: MBA, MPA, MPH, Hospital Administration, Health Management, Total Quality Management, or Relevant Degree from HEC recognized university. If none available, MBBS with 2 years quality assurance experience. • Experience: Minimum 3 years postgraduate experience in quality assurance or quality management. Preference for CPHQ Certification, Diploma in Quality Assurance, or experience in JCI Accredited Hospital. Manager Waste Management: • Age: 25-40 Years • Education: MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC. • Experience: Minimum 2 years relevant experience. Transport Officer: • Age: 25-40 Years • Education: Intermediate, Diploma in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Automobile Technology, or Relevant Field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Hazardous Materials In-Charge: • Age: 25-40 Years • Education: Minimum 16 Years Education in Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or Relevant Discipline. • Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Preference for healthcare or hospital sector experience. Laundry Manager: • Age: 22-35 Years • Education: Preferred FSc (First Division) with Diploma in CSSD / OTT or equivalent. If none available, Matric (First Division) with Diploma in CSSD / OTT and two years relevant experience. Tech (EP): • Age: 22-35 Years • Education: Preferred FSc (First Division) with Diploma in Cardiac Technology, ECG Technology. If none available, Matric (First Division) with Relevant Diploma and two years relevant experience. Respiratory Technician: • Age: 22-35 Years • Education: Preferred FSc (First Division) with Diploma in Respiratory Technology, Surgical Technology. If none available, Matric (First Division) with Relevant Diploma and two years relevant experience. Nursing Officer (Charge Nurse): • Age: 22-35 Years • Education (Option 1): BSc Nursing Generic (Four Years) with Valid Pakistan Nursing Council Registration. • Education (Option 2): Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with Valid PNC Registration and Post RN Qualification. • If none available, Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery with Valid PNC Registration and two years experience as Charge Nurse. • Preference for experience in Cardiology Units, Intensive Care Units (ICU), or Reputed Healthcare Institutions.
