Monitor daily activities and performance of field collection staff.,Conduct team meetings at the start and end of each working day.,Guide team members towards achieving daily collection targets.,Maintain performance records of Field Collection Officers based on predefined parameters.,Prepare and submit performance reports to management whenever required.,Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Code of Conduct, processes, procedures, and policies.,Maintain office discipline and professional decorum.,Visit problematic customers for recovery and collection of overdue payments.,Handle customer complaints and provide immediate solutions.,Coordinate with various departments including Service Quality, Operations, Credit Initiation, and Legal Department.,Resolve customer queries and operational issues through effective coordination.,Ensure adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and other applicable regulations.,Stay updated regarding current banking products, services, and policies.,Assist and support team members regarding operational matters.,Perform any additional duties assigned by management.,Highlight problematic accounts to supervisors.,Recommend suitable collection and recovery options for further processing.,Ensure full compliance with Collection Code of Conduct and Fair Collection Guidelines at all times.
