Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized university/institute (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree, AIBP, JAIBP
  • Experience Required: 2 to 6 Years Banking Experience (specifics vary by role)
  • Regional Manager – SME (AVP/VP): Minimum 06 years banking experience with at least 03 years in SME Banking, preferably as Team Leader, Unit Head, Regional Manager, or Business Head.
  • Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial Center (AVP/VP): Minimum 06 years banking experience with at least 02 years in Team Lead, Unit Head, or SRM role; experience in Commercial Financing, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, or Business Lending.
  • Relationship Manager – Commercial Center (OG-I/AVP): Minimum 04 years banking experience in Commercial Financing, SME Banking, Corporate Banking, or Business Finance.
  • Relationship Officer – Commercial Center (OG-II/OG-I): Minimum 02 years banking experience in Business Lending, Commercial Financing, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking.
  • Skills: Sales management, strong interpersonal communication, geographical knowledge (for Regional Manager), banking and lending product knowledge, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency, knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations, Commercial & SME lending regulations, understanding of Commercial Financing, Credit Lending expertise, Trade Finance knowledge, Banking Regulations and Market Dynamics, leadership and team management, client relationship management, analytical and problem-solving, communication skills, ability to meet targets, ability to organize multiple tasks.
