Job Description
The National Institute of Folk & Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa), Islamabad, has announced short-term internship opportunities for youth as part of its "Capacity Building Programme for Artisans and Youth in Folk Crafts." This program offers an excellent chance for young, creative, and motivated individuals passionate about cultural heritage, traditional crafts, and folk arts to gain hands-on experience. Interns will work with Pakistan's premier institute for the preservation and promotion of folk heritage, contributing to the promotion of Pakistan’s rich cultural identity. Requirements & Qualifications
Must have a BS Degree in one of the following fields:
Cultural Studies
Textile Design
Customs Design
Fine Arts
Photography
Visual Arts
Or any other relevant field
Fresh graduates and young professionals passionate about preserving Pakistan’s rich folk and traditional heritage are strongly encouraged to apply.
