- Revised Criteria for Assistant Manager HR:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Master of Business Administration (MBA), or equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in Human Resource Management or related fields, acquired in well-established and renowned public or private organizations.
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
- General Conditions:
- Qualifications must be from HEC-recognized universities.
- Relevant experience must be acquired from recognized public or private sector organizations.
- Retired JCO/NCO candidates for Assistant Manager Yard must have served in the Mechanical Transport Unit and possess the required experience.
