Requirements & Qualifications

• *1. Psychiatrist**
• Number of Positions: 01
• Max Age Limit: 50 Years
• Educational Qualifications:
• FCPS / MD / MRCP Psychiatry with 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferred) OR
• MCPS Psychiatry / Diploma in Psychological Medicine (DPM) with 4–7 years of relevant experience (may be considered if preferred candidates are unavailable).
• All degrees must be recognized by PMDC / PMC.
• Experience Required:
• Full-time experience in clinical practice or training in public or private sector.
• Prior experience in substance use disorder treatment, OAMT programs, or HIV-related clinical services (preferred).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong clinical skills in addiction psychiatry and psychopharmacology.
• Knowledge of OAMT protocols and harm reduction approaches.
• Good understanding of HIV/AIDS and key populations.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and high-stigma environments.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and reporting.
• *2. Lab Technician**
• Number of Positions: 01
• Max Age Limit: 40 Years
• Educational Qualifications & Experience:
• B.Sc in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical laboratory in a reputable institute/laboratory.
• Knowledge of basic principles, practices, and quality assurance procedures applicable to clinical labs.
• *3. Data Entry Operator (DEO)**
• Number of Positions: 02
• Max Age Limit: 40 Years
• Educational Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute.
• At least two years of relevant work experience with a reputed firm/organization.
• Prior experience with the HIV/Health sector (preferred).
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Health Information Systems.
• Ability to diagnose and solve computer software and hardware faults (troubleshooting).
• Typing speed should be at least 40 wpm.
• Experience in using office equipment like fax machines, scanners, and photocopiers.
• Good skills in communicating via email.
• Good English writing and reading skills.
• *4. Security Guard**
• Number of Positions: 04
• Max Age Limit: 40 Years
• Educational Qualifications & Experience:
• Matric / Intermediate.
• At least 02 years of working experience as a security guard in a security firm in the public/private sector (preferably in a health setup).
• Experience working with a Law Enforcement Agency (preferred).
