Requirements & Qualifications

• Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
• Prepare your application package by attaching a detailed CV along with attested photocopies of all educational documents, professional experience certificates, a valid copy of your CNIC, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
• The complete application package must be sent strictly through courier service to: HR Branch, Sector H-9, NUML Islamabad.
• The absolute last date for the submission of applications is June 25, 2026.
• Specific eligibility criteria for each position:
• 1. Hostel Warden:
• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University.
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Hostel Warden in public or private sector organizations.
• Practical experience as a Hostel Warden in a University or Educational institution setting.
• Completion of a Hotel Management Course.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Retired JCOs (Junior Commissioned Officers) are also eligible to apply.
• 2. Graphic Designer:
• Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Sciences / Computer Engineering from an HEC recognized Institution.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer in public or private sector organizations.
• Must hold a professional Graphic Designing Certification.
• Highly familiar with the latest software and tools utilized in Graphic Designing.
• Previous experience of graphic designing within a University or Educational Institution is required.
• 3. Vehicle Mechanic:
• Must be Literate.
• Minimum 15 years of solid experience working as a vehicle mechanic (HTV Specialist).
• Experience must be acquired within a university, an Education Department, or a highly reputable automotive concern.
• 4. Plumber:
• Must be Literate.
• Possess at least ten (10) years of practical, hands-on experience in the plumbing field.
• Additional Conditions:
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted by hand, via email, or received after the due date will not be entertained.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
• No TA/DA is admissible for candidates appearing in the test or interview.
