Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies (for Communication Lead)
• Media relations, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement (for Communication Lead)
• Internal and external communications campaigns (for Communication Lead)
• Corporate communication and branding (for Communication Lead)
• Social media management and digital campaigns (for Communication Lead)
• Content creation for websites, newsletters, and press releases (for Communication Lead)
• Plan and execute communication campaigns (for Communication Lead)
• Draft and edit speeches, articles, and media content (for Communication Lead)
• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness (for Communication Lead)
• Operate drones under various weather conditions (for Drone Operator)
• Capture high-quality images and videos from aerial perspectives (for Drone Operator)
• Conduct aerial surveys, mapping, or inspections as required (for Drone Operator)

• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
• Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Humanities & Social Sciences group / Mass Communication, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in digital marketing, media, or corporate communications are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communication, media, or public relations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Familiarity with content management systems and media monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is preferred.
• Drone Operator:
• No. of Posts: 01
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years
• Required Qualification: Diploma or certification in Aviation, Electronics, Photography/Videography, Surveying, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of drone flight operations, navigation, and safety procedures.
• Experienced in conducting pre-flight checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in aerial photography and videography techniques.
• Proficient in drone control and navigation apps/software.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro for post-processing work.
• Proficient in GIS software (ArcGIS, Pix4D, Drone Deploy) if used for mapping/surveying purposes.
