Job Description

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan is inviting applications from eligible Pakistani nationals for various positions within a PSDP-funded project. This initiative, titled “Prime Minister’s Scheme for Enabling Youth with Physical Challenges at HEIs through Electric Wheelchairs, Laptops for Visually Impaired, Audio-Visual Aids – HEC,” aims to empower youth with physical and visual challenges across higher education institutions by providing essential aids. Requirements & Qualifications

  • No need to send a hard copy of your C.V. and supporting documents to the office.
  • An application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- must be deposited via 1Link services using a Mobile Banking App or Mobile Wallet on the given link: https://careers.hec.gov.pk.
  • The last date for the submission of the online application is 20-07-2026.
  • Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
  • Experience must be gained strictly after obtaining the minimum required educational qualification.
  • Written/screening tests will be conducted at the nearest possible location of the candidates, chosen from Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar.
  • All applications are processed solely on the basis of the information/data provided by the applicants through their online profile.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
  • Government servants or those already working in Government Service should apply through the proper channel.
  • Five (05) years of general age relaxation is already included in the maximum age limit; further age relaxation will be given as per standard Government rules.
  • Experience gained as part-time, honorary, apprentice, or internee (as a part of a study program) will not be considered or counted as valid experience.
