- Specific Qualification and Experience Requirements by Position:
- Assistant Professor (Paediatric Medicine, Paediatric Surgery, Paediatric Neurology, Paediatric Gastroenterology, Paediatric Endocrinology) (10 Posts):
- FCPS in Paediatrics or Paediatric Surgery, or equivalent international specialist qualification, including MRCPCH (UK) with Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Paediatrics, or American Board Certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Surgery.
- For subspecialty positions, accredited second fellowship, subspecialty board certification, or equivalent advanced training in the relevant subspecialty.
- Must fulfill requisite criteria as per MTI Policy Board Regulations.
- Assistant Professor (Radiology, Pathology Discipline) (04 Posts):
- MBBS or equivalent and FCPS or a US Board certification or equivalent, in the relevant specialties.
- Must fulfill requisite criteria as per MTI Policy Board Regulations.
- Specialist Registrars (Paediatric Medicine, Paediatric Neurology, Paediatric Gastroenterology, Paediatric Endocrinology, Paediatric Surgery) (10 Posts):
- MBBS with FCPS or Equivalent Qualification attained in the relevant specialty during last 18 months.
- Medical Officers (20 Posts):
- MBBS or equivalent degree with a valid PM&DC Registration.
- Preference will be given to candidates with FCPS-II training completed in Paediatric Medicine / Paediatric Surgery or Paediatric relevant/sub-specialties.
- Charge Nurse (40 Posts):
- Three years Diploma in general Nursing with 01 year specialty/midwifery certification OR BSN / Post RN BSN.
- Valid PN & MC License.
- Preference: Candidates with diploma/certification in Pediatric specialty/PICU/NICU. Experience in Pediatric, Pediatric Emergency, PICU, and NICU in a reputed tertiary care hospital.
- Assistant Manager Store (01 Post):
- Master Degree (Sixteen years Education) in Supply chain/Procurement/ Finance from HEC recognized University.
- Three (03) year of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Supervisor Medical Gases (01 Post):
- DAE (Electrical/Mechanical or Chemical) from Govt recognized Technical Board.
- Three (03) years relevant experience in public or private sector. Preference for experience in tertiary care hospitals.
- Supervisor Laundry Services (01 Post):
- Intermediate / DAE from recognized board.
- Three (03) years relevant experience in public or private sector.
- Hospital experience is preferred.
- CSSD Technician (03 Posts):
- BS in Surgical with Diploma in CSSD OR Matric science with a Diploma in CSSD technology from a recognized Board.
- Minimum 02 year relevant experience in CSSD.
- Preference will be given to computer literate candidates.
- Electrical Technician (03 Posts):
- DAE (Electrical) from recognized Institute/Board.
- Two (02) years of experience is required in relevant field.
- Tube well Operator (02 Posts):
- DAE (Electrical) from recognized Institute/Board.
- Relevant Experience shall be preferred.
- AC Technician (03 Posts):
- DAE (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) from recognized Institute/Board.
