Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications

• Candidates must apply online through the official NTS website.
• Submit application within 15 days of advertisement publication.
• Deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 425/- through 1Link Participating Banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express Counters.
• Only 1Bill Invoice payment will be accepted.
• Applications submitted by hand or post to PESCO will not be accepted.
• Roll number slips will be issued by NTS before the test and can be downloaded from the NTS website.
• Result-awaited candidates are not eligible.
• All positions are purely on a contract basis with a lump-sum pay package; no regularization claim will be entertained.
• General age relaxation is included in the prescribed age limit (21-33 Years); additional age relaxation only for 3 years for Scheduled Castes & Buddhists and 10 years for government employees with 2 years continuous service.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
• Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in KPK under PESCO jurisdiction.
• Incomplete applications or late submissions will be rejected.
• Original documents must be presented during the interview.
• Serving candidates must apply through proper channel.
• No TA/DA will be admissible.
• Dismissed or screened-out employees of any organization, or candidates with a criminal record, are not eligible.
• Concealment or misrepresentation of facts will lead to disqualification.
• Specific Educational/Experience Requirements by Position:
• SDO / Junior Engineer (67 Posts):
• Qualification: BSc Electrical / Electronics Engineering (preferably specialization in Power Engineering), HEC recognized degree, PEC Registration Certificate required.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Safety) (1 Post):
• Qualification: BE Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years HSE experience in power utility organization.
• Preferred Certifications: ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, IOSH, other recognized HSE certifications.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Admin HR) (7 Posts):
• Qualification: MBA, MPA, MA (BPM), M.Com, MSc Computer Science, MA Economics, MA English, MA Statistics, MA Mathematics OR BA / BSc 2nd Division with 5 years office experience (Only for PESCO employees).
• Additional Requirement: Computer proficiency in Windows & MS Office.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Material Management) (7 Posts):
• Qualification: MSc Physics, MA Statistics, MA Mathematics, MA Economics, M.Com, MBA, MSc Computer Science, BSc Engineering.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Accounts) (4 Posts):
• Qualification: CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), ACCA Member, M.Com, MBA Finance, B.Com (Hons) 4 Years, BBA Finance (Hons) 4 Years.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Audit & Accounts of Government Departments, Semi Government Organizations, Autonomous Bodies, Public Limited Companies.
• Additional Requirement: Computer literacy mandatory.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Revenue Officer (11 Posts):
• Qualification: MSc Physics, MA Statistics, MA Mathematics, M.Com, MBA, MSc Computer Science, BSc Engineering, B.Tech (Hons).
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (PSA/CO) (3 Posts):
• Qualification: Master Degree or equivalent (minimum 80% marks) in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering or related field from an HEC recognized university, OR 4 Years Bachelor Degree in a Computer-related field.
• Technical Test Includes: Computer Aptitude, Job Specific Technical Knowledge, Computer Languages, English, General Knowledge.
• Minimum Passing Marks: 60% in Professional Test.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
• Assistant Manager (Environment) (1 Post):
• Qualification: BE Environmental Engineering, BSc Environmental Engineering, MS Environmental Sciences, MSc Environmental Engineering, MBA Environmental Management & Policy, MSc Sociology.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Environmental Studies.
• Age Limit: 21 to 33 Years.
