Job Description
The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFCD) under the Cabinet Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office, has announced multiple contract-based positions as part of the PSDP-funded "Invest Pakistan" project. Requirements & Qualifications
- Master’s degree (M.A/M.Sc/MBA) with 16 years of education + relevant post-qualification experience (3–8+ years depending on the post) for Sector Specialists & Senior Roles.
- Specialization in Health, International Relations, Finance, Law, IT/Media, etc. is required for relevant roles.
- Deputy Manager (Law): LLB/LLM with experience in corporate, commercial, energy, infrastructure law, mergers & acquisitions preferred.
- Deputy Manager (Finance): Master’s in Finance/Business/Economics + CA/ACCA/CFA progress.
- IT/Media Positions: Relevant degrees in Software Engineering, Media Studies, Journalism, Graphic Design + proven experience.
- Office Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
- All educational qualifications must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
- Pakistani nationals meeting the age and qualification criteria.
- Government employees (serving/retired) must apply through proper channels with NOC.
- Shortlisted candidates must bring original CNIC, educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, police verification, and medical fitness certificate at the time of interview.
- Maximum age limit varies by position: 60 years for PPS-10 and PPS-09 roles, 45 years for PPS-07 roles, and 35 years for PPS-05 roles.
