• Applications are invited for the following positions:
• Hospital Director
• Finance Director
• Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring) – KICH
• General Terms of Service:
• Services of selected candidates will be governed under the Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 (amended) and MTI Regulations.
• Selected candidates will become full-time institutional employees.
• Candidates must submit an accepted resignation from their current employer (including government service, civil service, local or foreign organizations).
• Appointments shall be made under the MTI grading structure instead of Basic Pay Scales (BPS).
• Conditions for Disqualification:
• Conviction by a court of law.
• History of dismissal from service.
• Furnishing false information.
• Attempting to influence the recruitment process improperly.
• Submitting forged certificates or tampered documents.
• Misbehaving during interviews.
• Requirements by Position:
• Hospital Director:
• Qualification: Recognized Master’s Degree in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, Public Health, Public Administration, or any other relevant management qualification. Candidates possessing a recognized medical degree may also apply if they have additional management qualification and relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum Seven (07) years of experience in a senior management position in a major teaching hospital, organization, or institution.
• Note: Selected candidate will not have the right to private practice.
• Appointment Duration: Five (05) years under the MTI Act 2015 and MTI Regulations.
• Finance Director:
• Qualification & Experience (Option 1): Chartered Accountant qualification with a minimum of Five (05) years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts in a major private or public company/institution.
• Qualification & Experience (Option 2): ICMAP Certification OR Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounts with a minimum of Eight (08) years post-qualification experience in finance and accounts in a major private or public organization/institution.
• Appointment Duration: Three (03) years under the MTI Act 2015 and MTI Regulations.
• Deputy Director (Admin & Monitoring) – KICH:
• Qualification: MBBS OR Master’s Degree (16 Years Education) in Hospital Management, Health Services Management, Business Management, or other relevant management qualification.
• Experience: Minimum Five (05) years relevant experience in reputed healthcare institutions.

• Submit the duly filled application form along with a detailed CV, educational degrees/diplomas, experience certificates, training certificates, professional memberships, CNIC copy, contact details of two professional referees, one current or most recent supervisor reference, and two recent passport-size photographs.
• Applications must be sent through a registered courier service.
• Clearly mention the applied post on the envelope.
• Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
• Applications must reach the Human Resource Department, Khyber Institute of Child Health & Children Hospital, Opposite Passport Office, Phase-V, Hayatabad, Peshawar within 15 days of advertisement publication.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews. No TA/DA will be admissible for interviews.
• ETEA Khyber Pakhtunkhwa services may be hired for screening tests if a large number of applications are received.
