Participants can expect to learn core BPO skills such as Customer Support (Voice, Chat & Email), Sales Communication, CRM Systems, and Medical Billing, alongside technical skills like AI, Digital Skills, and Professional Writing. Soft skills, including English Speaking, Remote Work etiquette, and Emotional Intelligence, are also emphasized. The program offers a clear pathway from employer-led screening and assessments to practical, job-focused training, certification, and ultimately, guaranteed job placement. Successful candidates can anticipate monthly salaries ranging from PKR 45,000 to 100,000, with opportunities for career growth in IT-enabled services and both remote and office-based roles within international BPO companies.
