Requirements & Qualifications

• The application process for these positions is managed online through ETEA. Candidates must fulfill the specified academic and professional qualifications for each role:
• Online Profile Creation: Visit the official portal of ETEA at www.etea.edu.pk to register and complete your profile.
• Deposit Slip Generation: After successfully submitting the online profile, click on the desired post to generate a prescribed online test fee deposit slip containing a unique token number, project code, and your personal information.
• Fee Payment: Print the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the EasyPaisa App or Agent, or at any branch of Allied Bank Limited (ABL).
• Secure the Receipt: Keep the original customer copy of the deposit slip containing the bank/agent stamp safely.
• No Document Dispatched via Mail: Do not send hard copies of documents or testimonials to the ETEA office. Academic records will only be collected by the Appointing Authority at later screening stages.
• Timeline: The online application portal is accessible from June 17, 2026, until June 30, 2026.
• Roll Number Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS alert from ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips directly from the ETEA web portal.
• Specific Job Requirements Include:
• 1. Director HR & Administration:
• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 40–55 Years
• Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR/Management certification preferred.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in HR, administration, recruitment, organizational development, management, policy formulation, and HRMIS, with 5 years in an executive HR position (private or public sector). Experience in Non-Formal Education preferred.
• 2. Director Program Outreach & Linkages:
• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 40–55 Years
• Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Social Sciences, Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, International Development, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Professional certification in Project Management, Strategic Communication, Development Sector Management, Stakeholder Engagement, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, donor coordination, outreach programs, and communication strategies, with 5 years in a senior leadership/management position related to outreach, linkages, partnerships, or program coordination.
• 3. Director Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):
• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 40–55 Years
• Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), Data Sciences, Development Studies, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Professional certification in Monitoring & Evaluation, Data Analytics, Statistical Analysis, Business Intelligence, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in monitoring & evaluation, data analytics, reporting systems, dashboards, and impact assessment, with 5 years in a senior management position related to M&E, data management, performance monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• 4. Director Digital Governance:
• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 40–55 Years
• Minimum Qualification: MS / M.Phil (18 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Professional certifications such as PMP, COBIT, ITIL, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience in digital transformation, e-governance, ERP/MIS systems, cybersecurity, and digital platforms, with 5 years in a senior management position related to digital governance, IT systems management, digital transformation initiatives, and technology-driven service delivery.
• 5. Deputy Director Digital Governance:
• Number of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 30–45 Years
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Sciences, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with relevant professional certifications.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 7 years of overall relevant professional experience in IT systems, networking, database management, software implementation, and digital governance initiatives, with 3 years in a responsible position related to digital governance, IT operations, systems administration, or technology project implementation.
• 6. District Program Officers:
• Number of Posts: 05
• Age Limit: 28–45 Years
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Education, Development Studies, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with relevant professional certifications.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of overall relevant professional experience in program implementation, field coordination, district management, monitoring, or education sector projects, with 3 years in a responsible position related to program management, field operations, district-level coordination, or education sector initiatives.
• 7. M&E Assistants (Male):
• Number of Posts: 14
• Age Limit: 22–35 Years
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with relevant professional certifications.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of overall relevant professional experience in monitoring, data collection, MIS operations, reporting, and dashboard management, with 1 year in a position related to monitoring & evaluation, data management, MIS operations, or reporting systems.
• 8. M&E Assistants (Female):

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Economics, Data Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with relevant professional certifications.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of overall relevant professional experience in monitoring, data collection, MIS operations, reporting, and dashboard management, with 1 year in a position related to monitoring & evaluation, data management, MIS operations, or reporting systems.
• 9. Accountants:

• Age Limit: 25–40 Years
• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (16 years of education) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university. BBA, B.Com, MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or equivalent preferred. Relevant professional certifications in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Taxation will be an added advantage.
• Experience & Requirements: Minimum 3 years of overall relevant professional experience in accounts, budgeting, audit, reconciliation, and financial management, with 1 year in a position related to accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, or financial management.
• 10. Office Assistants:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (14/16 years of education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university. Certification in MS Office, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Office Management, or an equivalent field preferred.
