• **Assistant Director (Legal) (BS-17)**

• **Qualification:** Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree (16 years schooling) from an HEC-recognized university OR (i) Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree (14 years schooling) from an HEC-recognized university AND (ii) Two (2) years post-qualification experience in the field of Accounts / Administration.
• **Age Limit:** 20–28 years plus 5 years general relaxation in upper age limit.

• **General Application Process & Conditions:**
• **Application Mode:** Online via FPSC’s official website: www.fpsc.gov.pk.
• **Fee Payment:** Deposit Rs. 600/- for BS-16 and BS-17 posts using a dedicated PSID generated by the FPSC Online Portal via 1-Link (ATM, Mobile Banking, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or over the counter) before or on the closing date.
• **Application Editing:** Online application forms can be edited once prior to the closing date to rectify errors.
• **Admission Certificate:** Download and print the Admission Certificate from the FPSC website a couple of weeks prior to the examination date; no physical cards will be sent.
• **Examination Guidelines:** Bring original CNIC and a printed Admission Certificate to the test center. Electronic devices/mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
• **Eligibility:** Determined as per Commission policy and General Instructions on the FPSC website.
• **Departmental Permission Certificate (DPC):** Government servants must obtain a DPC prior to applying and enter its reference number in the online form.
• **Contact Information:** Providing an active email address and mobile number is compulsory for future communications.
• **Hard Copies:** No hard copies of online applications required at submission; manual applications will not be accepted.
• **Authenticity of Claims:** Information in the online application is final; subsequent claims of experience or qualification not initially listed will not be entertained.
• **Age Relaxation:** Admissible under the Recruitment Rules (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993, as amended).
• **Closing Date Reckoning:** Eligibility (age, degree, experience) is calculated up to the closing date: Monday, August 31, 2026.
• **Documents Submission:** Only shortlisted/higher merit candidates will be asked to submit attested document copies within a stipulated time.
• **Test Center Change:** Requests for change only entertained if received within 10 days of advertisement closing date.
