Specific eligibility criteria for each position:
1. **Additional Director / Joint Director**
Number of Positions: 1
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum post-qualification experience of 12 years for Additional Director and 10 years for Joint Director, depending on the level of appointment. Working knowledge/experience in Network Security, VAPT, SSDLC, Supply Chain Security, Security Policies, Procedures, Frameworks, Firewall, Proxy, PAM, DLP, and MFA is an added advantage.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.
2. **Joint Director SOC**
Number of Positions: 1
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in IT, Information Security, or SOC operations, including at least 6 years in SOC operations, of which a minimum of 3 years must be as head of the SOC function.
Age Limit: Maximum 45 years as of the closing date for submission of applications.
3. **Additional Joint Director / Deputy Director / Assistant Director as Cybersecurity Assessment & CERT Specialist**
Number of Positions: 1
Qualification: Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical, Computer, or Telecom Engineering, or related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
Working knowledge/experience in Network Security, VAPT, SSDLC, Training delivery for Secure Code Checklist/Methods, Supply Chain Security, Security Policies, Procedures, Frameworks, Firewall, Proxy, PAM, DLP, MFA is an added advantage.
Age Limit:
Maximum for Additional Joint Director: 45 years.
Maximum for Deputy Director: 40 years.
Maximum for Assistant Director: 35 years as of the closing date.
Age Relaxation: Candidates for Deputy Director or Assistant Director with at least three years of work experience with a regulator are eligible for an age relaxation of up to five (5) years.
