Minimum two (02) years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and general IT applications, with a good typing speed. Sound knowledge and practical experience in computer hardware troubleshooting, installation, and basic network support. Hands-on experience in operating Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS), including patient registration and record management. Ability to manage cash handling, fee collection, and preparation of related financial records in accordance with institutional procedures. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven experience in dealing with patients and attendants in a professional and courteous manner. Preference will be given to candidates possessing experience in HMIS administration, IT support in healthcare settings, patient facilitation, and front-desk operations.
