Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new innovative Islamic banking products.,• Conduct research on product development and conversion of conventional products to Shariah-compliant solutions.,• Develop policies, product manuals, SOPs, and training materials.,• Ensure Shariah compliance in all processes and documentation.,• Provide training to branch and head office staff.,• Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Change Requests, and Test Scripts.,• Support in maximizing revenue through customer-focused Islamic products.,• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Graduation (16 years) from a recognized local or international university.,• Master's degree or specialized certification/diploma in Islamic Banking will be preferred.,• Age Limit: Maximum 28 years (as on the last date of application).,• Experience: 01 year of relevant banking experience is preferred.
