Requirements & Qualifications

  • Applicants must have a domicile of Sindh Province.
  • Must apply online via the Sindh Job Portal: https://sjp.gos.pk/.

  • Successfully passed the General Screening Test of the relevant category (Graduate, Intermediate, etc.) with at least 40% marks, conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services, and possess its certificate.
  • Candidates already in regular Government Service must obtain an NOC from their Department prior to submission of application and bring original NOC at the time of interview.
  • Applicants will be required to appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for an interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
  • Specific Requirements per Position:
  • 1. Store Keeper (BS-14)
  • Pay Scale: BS-14

  • Age Limit: 22 to 28 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 2nd Division from a recognized University.
  • Preferably experience in storekeeping.
  • Candidates claiming equivalency to a bachelor’s degree must submit an Equivalence Certificate from HEC.
  • 2. Steno typist / DPA (BS-12)
  • Pay Scale: BS-12
  • Number of Posts: 02
  • Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board.
  • Possess English shorthand and typing course certificate from a recognized Institute of SBTE.
  • English shorthand and typing speed of 80/40 wpm respectively.
  • Computer literate.
  • Candidates claiming equivalency to intermediate must submit an equivalency certificate from IBCC.
  • 3. Junior Clerk (BP-11)
  • Pay Scale: BP-11
  • Number of Posts: 04
  • Age Limit: 18 to 28 years
  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Intermediate from a recognized Board with at least Second Class or Grade.
  • Certificate Course in English Typewriting from a recognized Institute of SBTE with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m.

  • 4. Assistant Store Keeper (BS-09) – Jamshoro
