  • Eligibility & Testing: Candidates must have cleared the General Screening Test in the Graduation Category conducted by SIBA Testing Service (STS) with at least a 40% score, and possess a valid certificate issued by STS.

  • Age Limit: 21 – 28 years for all positions.
  • Educational Qualification & Experience (Varies by position):
  • Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14):
  • Graduation (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent CGPA from an HEC recognized university.
  • Shorthand and English typing certificate from a recognized institute / Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
  • Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and English typing speed of 35 words per minute.
  • MS Office certificate from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
  • Data Entry Operator (BPS-12):
  • Diploma in Computer Science / IT from an institute recognized by SBTE / STEVTA along with at least a 2nd Division Intermediate from an HEC recognized university/board.
  • (OR) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (at least 2nd Division) or equivalent CGPA from an HEC recognized university.
  • Junior Clerk (BPS-11):
  • Graduation (at least 2nd Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • 06-month MS Office certificate from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).
