Requirements & Qualifications

• Online Application Starts: July 15, 2026

• Testing Agency: Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency (ETEA)
• Application Process:
• Visit the ETEA Website: Go to www.etea.edu.pk to apply online.
• Profile & Verification: Create a profile on ETEA’s website. Print an E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get your CNIC No. verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat Franchise (Kiosk) before applying or depositing the fee.
• Generate Deposit Slip: After successful online submission, a deposit slip with token number, project code, and personal information will be generated.
• Pay the Test Fee: Print the deposit slip and pay the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa app or at any UBL Branch.
• Keep Proof of Payment: Retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's/vendor's stamp.
• No Physical Documents Needed Yet: Do not submit or mail documents to the ETEA office at this stage. Only candidates who qualify the screening test will be required to submit copies for scrutiny.
• Roll Number Slips: ETEA will inform candidates via SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website. Test date, time, and venue details will be on the slip. No separate call letters will be sent. Ensure you do not mention ported/converted mobile networks.
• Terms & Conditions:
• Candidates from Serial Nos. 1 to 14 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on provided credentials. Detailed scrutiny by the appointing authority will follow, and any found ineligible will be disqualified.
• Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
• Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those with fake documents/information will be rejected.
• Government/Semi-Government sector employees must apply through the proper channel.
• Candidates applying for multiple posts must apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
• The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies.
• For BPS-03 to BPS-04 Posts (Serial Nos. 15 to 19): Candidates should apply directly to the Office of the Provincial Health Services Academy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar (instead of through ETEA).
• Experience: Experience must be gained in a regular, full-time, paid job after attaining the required qualifications and must be relevant to the advertised positions.

• Accounts Officer (BPS-17): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years of education MBA/BBA/BS Economics in relevant field along with 4 years experience as Accountant/Account Assistant in Public Sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Assistant Director IT (BPS-17): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years education in computer science, IT or software Engineering or relevant field along with 4 years experience as a computer operator in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Librarian (BPS-17): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years education in Library Sciences or relevant degree from HEC recognized institute. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Hostel Warden (Female) (BPS-17): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years of education from HEC recognized institute along with 5 years experience as a house keeper in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Superintendent (BPS-17): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years of education from recognized University. 5 years experience as Office Assistant/Administration in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Senior Scale Stenographer (BPS-16): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: Graduate from HEC recognized university. 40 WPM Typing & 80 WPM Short Hand with one year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT). Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Accountant (BPS-16): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years Degree in BBA, B.com / BS Economics from HEC recognized university. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Assistant (BPS-16): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: 16 years education from HEC recognized university (14 years). 2 years experience in administration in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Computer Operator (BPS-16): No. of Posts: 02. Qualification: Bachelors in Computer Science or relevant field OR Bachelor in any field from HEC recognized university with one year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) along with 02 years experience as Computer Operator in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Senior Clerk (BPS-14): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any field (14 years) from HEC recognized university along with 02 years experience in administration in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
• Hostel Superintendent (Female) (BPS-12): No. of Posts: 01. Qualification: Bachelor Degree (14 years) from HEC recognized university, preference will be given to candidates of management sciences along with 02 years experience as house keeper in public sector. Age Limit: 21–40 years.
