Requirements & Qualifications

  • Applicants must hold a Punjab Domicile.
  • Candidates already serving in Government, Semi-Government Departments, or Autonomous bodies must submit their Original NOC (No Objection Certificate) along with their application forms by the due date.

  • The application package must include:
  • Original Challan Form (HR & Accounts Copy).
  • Attested copies of all educational documents and experience certificates.
  • Attested copies of Domicile and CNIC.
  • Equivalence certificate (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
  • Submit the complete application package exclusively via Registered Mail / Courier Service to: Office of the Registrar (HR Branch), University of Home Economics Lahore, Dr. Mateen Fatima Road, Block H, Gulberg II, Lahore. By-hand submission is strictly not allowed.
  • The application deadline is August 2, 2026 (02.08.2026).
  • Candidates MUST clearly write the exact title of the Post Applied For on the top right corner of the mailing envelope.
  • For multiple positions, completely separate application forms in separate envelopes, accompanied by separate paid processing fee challans, must be submitted.
  • Application processing fees (non-refundable and non-transferable) are as follows:
  • BS 09 to 16: Rs. 1,000 per application
  • BS 17 to 18: Rs. 1,500 per application
  • BS 19: Rs. 2,500 per application
  • BS 20: Rs. 5,000 per application
  • Applications without the accompanying processing fee challan will not be entertained.
  • Only short-listed candidates will be contacted and called for the test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • General Age relaxation (except for the post of Registrar) as well as dedicated quotas for disabled persons and minorities shall be strictly observed as per Government of the Punjab Policy.
  • Incomplete applications and those received after the official due date shall not be considered.
