Job Description
Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF), a State-Owned Enterprise established under the Companies Act 2017, is seeking a highly qualified Company Secretary (OPF Grade-11) for a senior-level career opportunity. This position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan. OPF is looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in corporate governance, company secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance. The role is offered on a contract basis for two years, extendable based on performance, with a market-based negotiable salary package. There is one vacancy for this position. Requirements & Qualifications
- Candidates must fulfill one of the following qualifications:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants, OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries, OR
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, OR
- Equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized university
- Minimum 10 years relevant post-qualification experience.
- At least 5 years experience as Company Secretary.
- Expertise in Corporate Governance, SOE Governance Framework, Regulatory Compliance, and Company Secretarial Practices.
- Strong communication skills, high integrity and professionalism, transparency and organizational skills, interpersonal management skills, legal drafting expertise, and corporate documentation proficiency.
- Maximum age: 50 years.
