Requirements & Qualifications

• *Specific Position Requirements:**
• *1. Project Director / Program Head**
• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Project Management, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 10–15 years relevant experience in program / project management, preferably in the public sector; large-scale projects experience in mid-tier to senior positions; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• *2. Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)**
• No. of Posts: 01
• Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
• Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology, PMP, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in M&E or data analysis.
• *3. Manager Finance & Accounts**

• Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
• Qualification: CA / ACCA / MBA / BBA / Finance / Commerce or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in financial management; knowledge of public sector financial procedures and reporting preferred.
• *4. Manager Procurement & Contracts**

• Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Supply Chain / Procurement / CA / ACCA / Commerce or related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in public sector procurements / familiarity with PPRA rules and contract management.
• *5. Assistant Manager IT & Data**

• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in IT / Data Science or related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years relevant experience in data systems, dashboards, analytics tools, and IT system establishment.
• *6. Project Assistant**

• Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in IT / Software / Computer Science or related field.
