  • Education for Sepoy Clerk: FA / FSC or equivalent; One-year Computer Diploma (Preference for higher education/technical diplomas)
  • Education for Sepoy General Duty, Sepoy Cook, Sepoy Misalchi, NCsE: 8th Class Passed (Preference for higher education/technical diplomas)
  • Physical Standards:
  • Height: Minimum 5 Feet 6 Inches (5′-6″) (Preference for taller candidates)
  • Chest: Minimum 33 inches with 1½ inches expansion
  • Weight: Minimum 121 lbs (approx. 55 kg), maximum according to BMI standards
  • Medical Examination: Initial and final medical examinations are mandatory.

  • Possessing fake, forged, or bogus educational certificates.
  • Retired or discharged personnel at their own request.
  • Candidates without NOC from their department.
  • Government/Semi-Government employees without proper departmental permission.
  • Armed Forces/Civil Armed Forces personnel on Overstay Leave (OSL), Absent Without Leave (AWL), or without departmental approval.
  • Candidates with variations or tampering in CNIC, date of birth, names, or educational records.
