Job Description
The Military Lands and Cantonments Department (Cantonment Board Bahawalpur) has announced an incredible career opportunity for a highly qualified, experienced, and dynamic female educational professional. The department is seeking a Principal for Cantt Public Girls High School Dera Izzat, Bahawalpur. This prestigious leadership role in the education sector is a contractual position for a duration of 3 years, with an initial 6-month probation period. Candidates should possess a Ph.D., M.Phil, or MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership (preferred), or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute, along with 8 to 10 years of administrative experience in renowned schools or colleges. Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Ph.D. / M.Phil / MS in Education, School Administration, or Educational Leadership (Preferably), or any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Minimum academic performance: 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% marks in the highest degree.
- B.Ed. / M.Ed. (Preferably).
- Experience Required: At least 8–10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric / Intermediate schools or colleges having over 800 students.
- Age Limit: 40 to 55 years.
- Gender: Female.
